We are always looking for qualified employees. Please complete the general application for an opportunity to join the Micropulse team.


At Micropulse we keep it simple; we use one general application for all prospective employees. When applying for a position you will be asked to create a profile, upload a resume (preferred, but not required), and complete the entire online application.


You will receive an automated confirmation that your information has been received. Once the application has been received, our human resources department will identify and notify any candidates that will move forward in the hiring process.


Typically only candidates who have been identified as meeting the qualifications and requirements of an open position or future opportunities will be contacted for an interview. These candidates will be contacted via email and/or phone.


All candidates being considered for employment, regardless of position, will take an assessment before being interviewed. This assessment gauges both mechanical aptitude (for certain positions) and culture fit (all positions). This assessment typically takes candidates 45 minutes to complete.


During this interview, we will sit down and have a conversation with you to determine if you are the right match for any current or future employment opportunities. We will also answer any questions that you may have about the position or Micropulse.


1Is Micropulse hiring?
We are always in search of qualified employees that fit our company culture as we continue to expand. You can view our open positions or simply complete the general application for future consideration.
2How do I apply?
We accept a general application for all prospective employees. Simply follow the instructions noted above in the “Hiring Process” and you will be guided through the process. It is important that all steps are completed in their entirety to be considered for any position at Micropulse.
3What happens after I fill out the general application and send in my resume?
You will receive an automated confirmation that your information has been received.
4I have completed the general application, included my resume and finished the application process. However, I haven’t heard back from anyone? What should I do now?
It is possible that the position created a high volume of applicants. Our human resource department typically only contacts the candidates that will move forward in the hiring process.
