Quality Management System
Micropulse has developed and maintains a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements. Written procedures and work instructions are in place and accessible to all employees in order to ensure that the System is effectively communicated throughout the entire organization. Management Review meetings are held regularly to monitor the effectiveness of the System, as well as to evaluate opportunities for improvement. Validation activities, internal audits, employee training, and corrective/preventive action systems are among the numerous elements comprising the overall System. Micropulse is committed to providing customers with additional value by maintaining a compliant and effective QMS.
